Five steps that every one of our projects goes through. A room up to 18 m² usually takes us one day, dust-free, without moving the furniture out.
You message us on WhatsApp, call or send an e-mail. We ask what you want done, in which room and by when. If you have photos or a plan, we do a free assessment even before the site survey.
What we need from you: Photos of the room, approximate floor area and height, your timeframe.
We come with samples of films and fabrics, measure the room, and check the services, the height and the places for lighting. We choose the material and profile on the spot, in your own light.
What we need from you: Access to the room and decisions about the lighting you want in the ceiling.
We prepare the membrane precisely to size, with openings for fittings and service penetrations. We sign a contract with dates and scope of work; an itemised quote is attached to the contract.
What we need from you: Your signature and confirmation that the layout of lights and services is final.
Usually one day for a room up to 18 m². We work dry: no dust, mortar or sanding. The furniture stays in the room; we protect it and clean up after ourselves.
What we need from you: A spare power socket and access to the room from the morning.
We show you the finished ceiling, check the membrane tension and that the lighting works. We hand over the guarantee: up to 10 years on the membrane and 3 years on installation. We remain available after handover.
What we need from you: A quarter of an hour for the handover together.
Yes. Before we book a site survey, you can send 2–3 photos of the room, its height and floor area. We'll assess the lighting, services and possible solutions, and give you an indicative cost and time. The assessment is free and without obligation.
How to send photosWe agree the order of work with the electrician, ventilation contractor, joiner and furniture fitters, and prepare reinforcements for built-in furniture and platforms for fittings so nobody has to come back to redo anything. A stretch ceiling goes in between their jobs; on larger projects we work to a schedule with time in reserve.
Example: a ceiling before the furniture goes inUp to 10 years on the membrane and 3 years on the installation work. After the guarantee we still provide service: membrane replacement after a leak, new light points in an existing ceiling, repairs after other trades.
Ceiling serviceNo. The furniture stays in the room; we move it away from the walls where the profile runs and cover it with protective sheeting. Installation is a dry process: no dust, no mortar.
We cut the membrane to size only after the site survey, and we agree the fittings and service penetrations before cutting. Changes after cutting are possible but need a new piece, which is why we ask for the final layout of lights before the contract.
It depends on the site survey date, the chosen material and our queue. We agree a specific date when we talk and write it into the contract.
Yes. We install across Poland and in EU countries. For projects outside Łódź we plan the site survey and installation to keep the number of trips down.
