Material
Black glossy TEQTUM stretch fabric
Context
The residential complex required stretch ceilings across all entrance lobbies. The work needed to be completed within a tight schedule so as not to block the movement of construction teams and not interfere with the finishing works.
Installation Features
The main difficulty occurred in the elevator areas. In these locations it was necessary to drill into a granite slab, which required precision and careful surface preparation. The ceiling involved many external corners and was installed on a shadow-gap profile. To achieve a clean shadow line, the fabric had to be cut and installed perfectly, without even the slightest creases.
Our Solution
We used black glossy TEQTUM fabric with a high fire-safety rating. The material is suitable for public areas and withstands intensive use.
The installation was carried out with maximum mobility: battery-powered tools and mobile scaffolding allowed the team to move quickly between zones and work without delays. The ceiling was mounted precisely along the perimeter, and the shadow-gap lines came out clean and even.
Timeline & Scope
The installation took one day. Thanks to good preparation, battery-powered tools and mobile scaffolding, the work was completed ahead of schedule.
Result
The entrance lobbies turned out clean, accurate and visually light. The black gloss emphasizes the architecture of the entrance groups, while the shadow-gap profile creates a modern floating effect. The client noted the fast turnaround and the high precision of the installation.
