Context
The meeting area had an unpleasant echo. The room produced strong reverberation, making it difficult for clients to concentrate during collection presentations. It was necessary to create acoustic comfort and preserve the premium appearance of the space.
Installation Features
The area was packed with engineering systems. The ceiling needed to integrate ducted ventilation, 48V magnetic track systems and platforms for multiple chandeliers. The client wanted a floating-ceiling effect with a continuous light line. The surface had to remain perfectly smooth and seamless. The installation was carried out using a single sheet, which required high precision and careful detailing around all external corners.
Our Solution
We chose white matte CLIPSO acoustic fabric. It absorbs sound and visually evens out the space. The ceiling was installed in a single layer. All ventilation ducts and magnetic tracks were neatly concealed inside the structure. A clean perimeter cut with numerous external corners was completed with precision.
A perimeter LED profile was added to highlight the geometry of the meeting room and enhance the acoustic ambience.
Timeline & Scope
The main installation took four days. An additional day was required to install sixteen new chandeliers.
Result
The echo disappeared completely. The room now sounds soft and comfortable. The meeting area gained a clean light accent and a perfectly even illuminated perimeter line. The client was pleased with the outcome and plans to install a similar ceiling in another showroom.
